We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually, you will receive the tracking number 1 -2 days after we have shipped your order.

how long will it take to ship to me?

Expect delivery in 3 - 7 business days after processing your order.

Can you help with a defective product?

We apologize if you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to info@sricoffee.co.in with your order number and we would be happy to help you with a resolution.

Please note that any damaged item outside of a 30 days return window cannot be returned or refunded.
